Need a stock home plan?
Our Plans are complete and detailed for accurate bidding and building. Our focus is on the necessities of living and the interest in a classic New England home. Each home is designed to accommodate energy efficiency, indoor air quality, and durability. We will work with local town building inspectors to ensure the plans meet or exceed both State and Local changing building codes. You will receive a complete package for *permit submittal and bidding. You get innovative, functional, and well-detailed custom and speculative home plans.
Our plans are complete and include:
exterior elevations
floor plan(s)
foundation plan
framing plans
sections
Please be careful when ordering plans from the Internet or by mail order. Some plans sold require the expense of having an architect re-draw them before they can be used for construction.
This is not the case with our plans.
Modifications to existing plans are $125 per hour.
Plans can be picked up at our Upton, Massachusetts office. We offer FREE standard (5-7 day) shipping anywhere within the Continental United States on all of our House Plans.
*Note: Some towns require an engineer's stamp and/or lateral load analysis, which is an additional fee. We can give you the contact information for an engineer if required. Rating and Energy code compliance HERS supplied by others.

Custom plan fee at $1.50 per square foot.
(note that is one dollar and 50 cents per square foot)
Garages, porches, decks, covered patios, and screened porches are at an additional cost of 85 cents per square foot.
