Online Ordering

Our Web site features a very simple shopping cart mechanism that allows visitors to shop for house plans and make secure on-line credit card payments. The procedure is as follows:

From the Store Entrance (Home page), under the product catalog heading, click the plan size that you are interested in.
Next, click the type of home design you would like (Capes, New England Colonials, etc.)
From the Product Listing page, click the See More Details button next to the plan in which you are intersted.
If you would like to purchase this plan, click the Add to Cart button.
When finished shopping, click the Checkout button.
On the following page you will be asked if you want to register for an account. Choose your option and press Continue. (See Registering for an Account in the right column for more information)
On the Shipping Information page, choose your shipping destination and press Continue.
Fill out the check out form with your billing, shipping and credit card information.
Press Send My Order to complete your transaction.

Order by Phone/Mail

If you would like to order products by phone, please call us toll-free at 1-888-522-7129. You can also fax your order to the same number. If you would like to mail us your order, please send your requested item, the quantity and your payment method to:

Registering for an Account

As a part of the ordering and check-out process, you will be asked if you would like to register an account with Shane Structures. By registering an account you will be able to reorder items which you have ordered in the past, quickly and easily, with the click of a button. You will also be able to track any current orders to determine when they were shipped.
